Mandy Levine Consulting, LLC
Mandy Levine Consulting, LLC is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firm through which I assist employers in embedding DEI initiatives and considerations throughout their organizations. I spent several years practicing employment law before I transitioned to a career in civil rights and Human Resources.
I partner with organizations large and small to facilitate highly-interactive trainings related to bias and prejudice and provide practical strategies to challenge long-standing narratives and assumptions. I additionally can review your organization's policies, practices, and procedures through a DEI lens and provide practical guidance on creating more respectful, inclusive work environments where individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences feel authentically valued, welcome, and heard.
I'm also a seasoned investigator of allegations of harassment and discrimination. As a licensed Professional Investigator, I can discreetly and efficiently conduct your workplace investigations in your challenging employment situations.
I'm also passionate about engaging middle school students in conversations about personal identity, friend groups, and the roles that our identities play in bullying and cyberbullying. Through interactive, facilitated conversations, I assist 6th - 8th grade students in navigating critical conversations about how all students can contribute to a safe and inclusive school environment.

Preventive Bullying & Cyberbullying Programs for Middle School Students
In this highly interactive four-hour program split over two days, 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade students explore together the dynamics of friend groups at their school and how different aspects of our identities may play a role in these social dynamics. We also explore bullying and cyberbullying’s impact and develop and practice skills to be a proactive ally to targets of both. Each of us has the capacity to make our middle school schools safe and inclusive schools.
