Recognizing many organizations appreciate the critical need for ongoing support of diversity and inclusion-related work, I can meet that need by providing diversity, equity, and inclusion-related consulting services tailored to your organization's specific needs.  Organizations increasingly appreciate that embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion ("DEI") throughout the fabric of their organization is no longer a "nice to have" but rather a business necessity and I am honored to partner with organizations of all sizes and industries to engrain DEI considerations.

 

This consulting work can include, for example, reviewing your organization's policies and procedures through a DEI lens; analyzing your hiring practices with the goal of reducing unintentional biases and barriers and diversifying your pipelines of talent; facilitating DEI-related conversations with your Board of Directors or listening sessions with your staff; facilitating DEI-related book clubs; and providing ongoing advice and guidance on trends and best practices in the DEI field.
