We contracted with Mandy to do her Understanding Bias and Prejudice seminar for our entire organization after hearing glowing reviews from an industry trade group. Understanding the importance of this topic, we have previously used off-the-shelf content delivered via eLearning or webinars. What a difference Mandy makes! Although we chose to hold the sessions virtually via Zoom rather than gathering people into a large room, Mandy used chat and polls to keep participants engaged throughout the session.
